midi_macrocreate: <alias> | <macro> | <trigger>

Creates a macro on the given midi in port.

• alias is the alias given to the port when it was opened; it is not optional. The default midi in port can be addressed as wm_default
• macro is the name of the macro to be created - this is how it will be referred to in Wintermute
• trigger is the incoming midi trigger that will trigger the macro
