node_buttoncommand: <name> | <page> | <button> | <text> | <colour> | live :: <command>

Sets a button on a Remote Node to run a command in Wintermute and sets the text and colour of the button

• name is the name of the node that has previously been set up as a remote
• page is the page number to place the button
• button is the button position on the page
• text is the text to be displayed on this button
• colour is the colour of the button
• live is an optional flag – if present, the button will work even when show buttons are bypassed
• command is the command to be triggered by this button

Note that page and button are both zero-indexed, so the first button and first page are both 0.
