node_remotesetup: <name> | <pages> | <x> | <y>

Sets up the named node as a Remote Node - so initializing a remote requires both a new_node and a node_remotesetup command.

• name is the name of the node to be set up
• pages is the number of button pages required on the remote
• x is the number of columns required on each button page
• y is the number of rows required on each button page

By default, the node’s header field will be set to “tock_” to work with the Remote software's configuration
