midi_lxmsc: <alias> | <command> | <cue> | <list>

Sends an MSC command formatted for a lighting desk. “cue” and “list” fields are always required but ignored when not used by the command.

• alias is optional – in its absence, the default device is used
• command is the MSC command to send; GO, STOP, GO_JAM, GO_OFF, ALL_OFF, and RESTORE are supported
• cue is the relevant cue
• list is the relevant list
