midi_attachtimer: <alias> | <zone>

Attaches a MIDI port to a zone timer – MIDI port will output 25FPS MTC when the timer is running

• alias is optional – if present, sets the port to output MTC from; in its absence, the default is used
• zone is the zone timer that will be used to derive the MTC
