node_macroset: <name> | <trigger> | <variables>

Sets local variables for a given node and command:

• name is the name of the node containing the macro; this macro can also be referred to by IP address
• trigger is the triggering command of the macro to be affected; this can also use the display name.
• variables is a comma-separated list of macro variables

This is intended to be used with node_macroaddall and node_macrocreateall to allow the same macro to be deployed across multiple nodes with local variables used to differentiate.
