node_socket: <name> | open/close

Given that a node has the TCP flag set, opens or closes the TCP socket to it depending on the value of “state”

• name is the name of the node
• open/close determines the action taken on the socket

Note that Wintermute will automatically open and close sockets to TCP nodes when node_command is called - so this command is only required in special circumstances.
