Adds a new page to the specified [[concepts:remotes:|remote node]].

  * **name** is the name of the Remote Node to add the page to
  * **pagename** is the title of the page – also used with ''[[node_setpage]]'' commands
  * **layout** is the [[concepts:remotes:layout|layout]] to be used on this page 
  * **layoutobject1/2/etc** are strings describing the [[concepts:remotes:layout_objects]] to be placed within the layout.
