Initialises the [[concepts:remotes:|remote system]] with the given listen port((a separate “new_listenport” command is not required)) and broadcast IP address for the remote beacon. 

  * **port** is the listen port for the Remotes – the default is 7100
  * **ip** is the broadcast IP address for the Remote beacon
