Creates a [[concepts:macros:|macro]] on the given midi in port.

  * **alias** is the alias given to the port when it was opened; it is not optional. The default midi in port can be addressed as ''wm_default''
  * **macro** is the name of the macro to be created - this is how it will be referred to in Wintermute
  * **trigger** is the incoming [[concepts:macros:midi trigger]] that will trigger the macro
