Sends an MSC command formatted for a lighting desk. “cue” and “list” fields are always required but ignored when not used by the command.

  * **alias** is optional – in its absence, the default device is used
  * **command** is the MSC command to send; GO, STOP, GO_JAM, GO_OFF, ALL_OFF, and RESTORE are supported
  * **cue** is the relevant cue
  * **list** is the relevant list
