Sets [[concepts:macros:macro_variables|local variables]] for a given node and command:

  * **name** is the name of the node containing the macro; this macro can also be referred to by IP address
  * **trigger** is the triggering command of the macro to be affected; this can also use the display name.
  * **variables** is a comma-separated list of [[concepts:macros:macro_variables|macro variables]] 

This is intended to be used with ''[[commands:macro_node_commands:node_macroaddall]]'' and ''[[commands:macro_node_commands:node_macrocreateall]]'' to allow the same macro to be deployed across multiple nodes with local variables used to differentiate.
